U.S. Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings is scheduled to address several committees today, including the Senate Education Committee and the House Committee on Higher Education, at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, February 29. Since Dr. Spellings is addressing the higher education committee, it's possible she will address the administration's aspirations for colleges and universities, along with a host of other subjects related to education.
